I booked 2 rooms using oyo in banglore. We reached banglore around 1145 pm, and the hotel denied the checkin stating the reason being oyo not paying them for the last 3 months. By this point it was 1213 am, we were not able to book anything else online as it is already the next day. The customer executive who handled the issue tried to book another room for us, but could not and he abandoned us. We had to go to multiple hotels, knocked their doors searching for rooms at 1 am. Finally we had to pay thrice the amount of money we already paid for oyo. Even though oyo refunded the amount back to my account, it doesn't cover the mental agony that we had to go through at 1 am.
Oyo is misleading it's customers and not fulfilling what they promise. Was this information helpful? |
