[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check-in despite the booking was done by oyo customer care executive

Had booked a room a at hotel sammer in srinagar under(Hi Muneer Dar, your booking ID WSOY4719 at OYO 12202 Hotel Samar, Srinagar has been cancelled as per your request.) . I must mention that the booking was done on part of oyo customer care executive after i cited my concern of having local id. But now when i am already on the way to check in the hotel clearly denied me.
Despite several attempts nothing was done by oyo. Infact i contacted oyo four times and each time i was put on hold for not less than 20 minutes then the call was cut from their side. This is rediculous on your part. Earlier also my booking was shifted from a hotel in srinagar to some master residency. This time i was openly denied any shifting.
This mail is as a warn to oyo next i will approach consumer court with same concern.

Updated by RjMuneer The complaint was redressed accordingly but i had to adjust with my friend for the actual date of booking that was 29 September and i was given access to some other hotel on 30 sep.
What to say of that inconvenience we were subjected to on 29 night?
