Oyo Rooms — denied check in, rude behaviour

We booked oyo 46036 hotel bhuller on 18th jan around 11 pm. After confirmation of booking we went to hotel and they denied check in saying they don't have any rooms available. I called their customer care service and help him conversation with hotel manager. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adult and one child.in midnight we are forced to leave from there. Then comes serious of call to your customers care, explaining every executive same thing. After 1 hour and travelling around 29 km from the same hotel, we get to know that our booking is confirmed in same hotel. We were suffering in cold with 6 month baby.

Also that hotel staff is very rude. Please help us taking legal action against that hotel and oyo

Please reply what action has been taken against hotel, also I am still getting call from you area manager that we didn't denied check in. Please check your customers care call for the reference.
