[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — deny for check inn due to low tariff..

The receptionist at oyo welcome inn lucknow didn't allow to check inn because of low tariff issue. When contacted with oyo they assured for a call back after 15 mins and 10 mins twice. But no response till late night. Finally need to pay extra to the same hotel.
After two days they still want to repeatedly ask my problem. No solution from oyo.
Please it's a request to abolish oyo especially for family members

I have booked OYO room at 'Hotel De Gold', Delhi, Karol bag, on 05.09.2019 for 7th September from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm over phone [protected]. And booking was confirmed by OYO. But after reaching hotel on 07.09.19, the hotel personnel said that no room is available. This is absolutely not expected fro OYO.
