[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — details given by the hotel were fake and the behaviour of your customer service was inappropriate.

When i go to hotel for check-in, manager of hotel said the AC's are not working and when i talked to your customer service representative for 5 or 6times and again and again they put my call on hold for 30minutes and disconnected the call. Is it the correct way to deal with customers.is that what services you give us. From now inwill suggest every one to not to use your app.
