[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — did not got my refund | |||
I booked an oyo room in 'oyo 6825 new crescent citadel' (Booking id: jeoh8034) for 2 days (26-28 oct 2019) (Fare paid through online: 1833 rs). While checking in to the oyo the property manager demanded extra money of rs. 3000 and told the property is not accepting online payments. I paid extra 3000 in the property also. When i called oyo care regarding this they assured me they will process the refund of 3000 rs that i paid extra. I got the refund of only 1833. But its been almost 2 months i have't got the refund of extra money of rs. 1167. I called there helpline so many times they are saying that they processed the refund but i'm not getting any refunds. Here whats the point of online bookings and payments through oyo. Please find the attached invoice of the money i paid extra in the hotel. Apart from that i booked another oyo room 'oyo 9418 jade springs hotel' (Booking id: qavs1048) for two days (14-16 dec 2019) and paid 1274 online. But oyo cancelled the booking at the day of check in (14 dec 2019) and refunded rs.667. While completing a booking they are not specifying anything about automatic cancellation. This is a cheating. They are doing that on the check in date. I'm travelling from airport/railway station. When i called helpline they told that if i re-book that booking in any other oyo then only i'll get the refund and they booked an oyo which is more distant.
