[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — dirty room/no facilities at all

Address:Plot- 830, Street nu-6, K2Block. Mahipalpur., New Delhi, Delhi

I had booked a room in delhi (Mahipalpur) for my parents on 18th of september 2019. Booking id - qxrv4857
Hotel name - oyo lotus villa 47552, mahipalpur, delhi

First of all, to reach out to that hotel was not at all easy. (That my parents ignored)
Apart from that - 1. The hotel room was so dirty.
2. Linen were not changed.
3. There was not even a water bottle to drink.
4. They charged 40 rs for one bottle which is available in the market for 15 rs.
5. The staff was unable to provide even a cup of tea/coffee to my elderly parents. (Forget the meal etc)
6. There was no lift so they had to take the luggage upstairs through the stairs.

Overall, the experience was so bad for them.
