[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Double booking

Hi, i had made a booking online, but due to an error in the website i was told by the helpline to make another booking and proceed with payment as the earlier transaction payment would be sent back. In 3-5 working days. When I made the other booking the account showed me that I had two booking and I have been charged both times, if i cancel i loose the full amount. I have tried to call the helpline and cancel but they are saying i have made two bookings and i will have to cancel and loose my full booking amount. Requesting you to please cancel my booking an initiate a refund
