I have booked a room for 27.12.18 to 30.12.18 with an assured availability of a sea view room. We reached the hotel and got to know that no sea view room will be provided to us. We had made a full payment for this stay, i.e. 11, 432/-. Now we need to check out after one day and need the refund of rest of the 2 days. OYO customer care is keeping our calls on hold for more than 15 mins every time we call them regarding this issue and then they are disconnecting the call. This is absolutely unethical and fraudulent kind of service by OYO. If the refund does not happen soon we will take legal actions against OYO and also post this issue in all the travel sites as well as social networks with the nasty room's photographs attached to it. We are being cheated .
