[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — extra billing | |||
We stayed in oyo diplomat regency hotel dwarka delhi which was our 1st stay with oyo properties. The booking got cancelled twice in a day... 1st time it was due to unavoidable circumstances sms received by oyo and the given similar upgraded options for which it was booked by oyo agent and cancelled again on arrival to hotel, not to forget the location of the hotel in google is wrongly mentioned. Staff rebooked room with same price and we checked in... Room : stinking washroom with loads of mosquitos. Checked out we where given surprise bill for food which was suppose to be included in the amount we paid at the point of check in. Overall a bad experience from oyo with cheating staff Was this information helpful? | |||
