[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful! | |||||
I had booked an oyo room 504 andheri east midc 3 days ago for today (30th april 2017) for a friend. Ten minutes before she reached the hotel, i got a call from oyo itself asking me to cancel my booking and re-book it because the room that i'd booked was under maintenance. I cancelled the room and when i went to re-book the room, it said that it was sold out and i called the person back to tell her this. Oyo ended up telling me that they are not responsible for this because i cancelled my booking myself and the hotel told me that this is oyo's problem and not this. All this while, without a solution, my friend waited there with luggage while oyo customer care put me on hold and never got back to me. She never got her room and had to go looking for another hotel in the vicinity. Pathetic. This isn't the kind of shockingly unprofessional behavior that i expect from a chain this big and i definitely will not be booking an oyo room again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
