[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — fake promise against refund amount and miss behave alzo

Dear sir i want too claim my refund against booking id hqgm2640 they will say my amount will refund in 14 days but i will call again couster care after 12 day they will say your amount will refund in 2 days when i will call 5 days after they will say your bank detail will not available in our record when i will say i will provided the details before they will miss behave me and disconnect the call and say you will repeat same thing and disconnect the call
So i want too a strictly action aging on it
