We had made a booking at bangalore booking id rdoh 3240. Customer service kept on redirecting my calls to different agents that too rude agents who were not even willing to talk to me they were like radio wouldn't even listen to me, they forced me to listen to them or else they would simply put the call on hold.
Finally after much trouble i was offered a call back from one of the agent within 15 min. They made me wait on middle of the road for 2 hrs, so i dialled them back after multiple transfer i was again told that i would be getting a call back within 15 min.
Compelling us to check in to the oyo home which was not something that was promised to us.
The call back i received was after 2 days just to let me know that there is nothing that they can do as they dont have a policy to help me even after all the trouble they caused us.
Agent himself said it was a mistake from their part still they were not being able to provide me with a resolution. Finally he disconnected the call. I was just told apology scrip over and over still dont understand why was i even given a call back after 2 days was it to mock us.
Hope i would be able to get justice for the inconvenience i had to go through. Was this information helpful? |
