OYO's business model is completely broken or it's running a fraud business! Booked a room in Kolkata on April 26th (Booking No. BYTC0972) online through Agoda. It charged my credit card for the room. On reaching the hotel (OYO 15578, Dora House) at night, it refused to honor the payment made and I had to pay again for the room at the hotel. On repeated calling and promise by OYO it still hasn't refunded my double payment. Horrible experience. I would never book OYO again.
