I`ve issued a refund for my double booking as I mistakenly booked twice for same hotel so canceled one ..I called the customer care and they said the refund will be initiated once you check out of the hotel ...but still I haven't received my refund amount
The booking ID is N9BE5888
date of booking from 30 dec to 1 jan 2021
It now says that my refund has been failed i filled that same form 2 times but it shows failed again and again
If I call to customer care no one is attending the calls too
Please help me get through this problem
