[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Fraudulent payment | |||
I booked a hotel from oyo with booking id ycsh4370. A guy called me who had every details of my booking, email id and everything asked me to pay 7733/- instead of 9733/- to get an additional discount. I even asked him whether he is from oyo, he gave me all the details of the booking and asked me to pay on [protected]@ybl 7733/-. His name on google pay showed ranjeet nishad and hos phone no. Is [protected]. I want my refund processed or will escalate the matter on social media about the privacy issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have still not received any refund from OYO. Kindly take this into consideration before escalating this matter to social media platforms and consumer forum court.
