[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — given a booking of a room which is not at all in existence and not giving back the payment | |||
I booked 2 rooms on oyo room from 30th april at nagpur however when i reach at the location, i found that hotel (Apartment) was not at all in existence. Now when i have called oyo rooms they have not addressed my issue and not refunded me money for 2 months and after that also they have given only 20% amount back to me. This company is a big cheat.
