I am writing to you to raise an issue about: oyo room bookings The issue that i have experienced was: hotel receptionist checked me out from hotel without my consent just to fill her feedback form positive. Second the rooms were very small as compared to the pictures shown on website. I called oyo thrice but they always put my call on hold for 30 mins. They said i will get a call back from their ground team but hasn't received yet. Atlast i checked out from hotel. It occurred on: 14/02/2020 Redund the money with apology letter. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
