First i paid full amount... Then i message to oyo exucative that m coming by midnight so plz confirm with hotel... Am surprised that by 3am midnight hotel staff rejected check in... Then new booking by oyo app which by phone unreachable... Then again new booking in which they said property good but property unhygienic, mosquitoes, no amenities and all then they guys telling that they will validate with hotel.. Otherwise two day cancellation charge will be charged... While i am surprised as poclicy is before 9am full refund and am calling by 5.30 am... And even in 1hour of check in... What a service it is.
