I booked a oyo hotel month prior to trip for 9 sry citizens. Due to operational problem oyo provided a replacement of hotel 2 days before my check in. The earlier hotel booked has all amenities but the replacement hotel was soo cheap. Oyo team did not bother to help us even after hours of follows up. They cheated by providing low budget hotel. Did not even bothered to provide refund. Lal senior citizens were not able to sleep well, smelly bathrooms of all 3 rooms and bad condition beds created a trouble. No food was available in the hotel at dinner time.
Please take steict action against oyo as it's been frustrating for people when after paying good amount of money. The hotel j boked was charged 2550 rs per room and i booked 3 rooms, the replacement provided hotel was in actual charging 700 when asked property manager about this issue.
