[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — hotel booking done and unable to, avail room customer care of oyo not responding

We have booked room in lonavala, hotel dean villa in name of pranav prabhu.
We got confirmation call from oyo and so we paid for the room and reached the place.
Receptionist said that if i am paying offline then he can give me room but i already paid to oyo.
I called customer care multiple times, but they said they will take to senior or look for another property.
And after waiting for sometime, they cut the call. Its happened many times and its 1am and we are still waiting for solution.
We came all the way frm mumbai so is this the way you give service.
Oyo hotel: oyo - 10388

Its 1am and neither hotel people nor oyo customer is responding.
Should we prefer to come next time in oyo room. You can check pranav prabhu's record, he is oyo's regular customer.
Seriously your service is pathetic. And i won't recommend anyone for oyo.
