[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel booking is confirmed at oyo 26870 hotel royal valley, gokarn, india, htl5v3wncl but hotelier did not allow us to stay

We booked a hotel in gokarna paid via netbanking and when reached ter hotelier said he can't get us in unless we pay 500 rs extra.
He also mentioned oyo/gobibo is fraud company they do not pay us the amount on time. We can't let oyo customers. Then i registered a complaint to gobibo customer care, they made an another booking n we stayed in near by hotel. But the money which we paid towards first hotel is not refunded. I tried calling gobibo many a times and they say oyo has to return the payment.
Kindly help me out in getting the payment.
