[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel booking refund not yet received. serious service issue | |||
I booked oyo hotel in geetanjali regency and paid rs 4, 099/- and after check in i find that room is not at all in good condition then i complaint to oyo executive and he has assigned another booking in hotel kings crown. Once i reached there they informed me that there is no room allocated to me however as per oyo record i have already checked in that hotel. Due to miss management by oyo executive whole night i was struggling for stay, finally i fed up with your services and booked another hotel on my own cost by paying higher price. I requested oyo executive for refund but nobody is taking seriously my request. Request you to kindly initiate my refund immediately and take strict action against oyo executive as well as against hotel for not providing services. Regards, Hitesh kochar Mb no.
