[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Hotel charged extra 1000 rs for sanitation

On the day of check in i had charged extra 1000rs by hotel property (Grand regency banglore) when tried to complained about this during check oyo i had put call on hold for 30 min next time when i tried i was been told that my refund will be initiated and i did not receive any response when i further tried to contact oyo they asked me everything including the sanitation charges i submitted all the receipts but after submitting they did not respond afterwards again i called oyo the then they said that refund will not be possible by giving some foolish reasons
If it wasn't possible why did they said at first that i will get the refund and how can the hotel charge 1000rs extra for sanitation from the guest
