Oyo Rooms — Hotel denied check-in as I am made online payment which is less, need my refund of Rs. 956
On 1st Aug 2022 I booked a room through oyo app in OYO Townhouse 1072 Rks Prestige, the booking was confirmed after I made the online payment and got the booking id as O0U63612 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are full now so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre but they would ask all details and kept disconnecting the call I did ask to connect me to manager but they would talk and disconnect the call lastly one person from customer support said he is transferring me to service team who will help but I waited for more than 40 minutes on line and then call got disconnected finally I have to leave the place
I am fedup if I call customer support they are telling call service team and if I call that number it says we are facing high volume check from app...etc and call gets disconnected.
Please refund my money immediately
