[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel did not provide wifi as mentioned | |||
Me and my wife visited to Neemrana and booked oyo room, I was told at the hotel that there was no wifi, my wife lost her wallet and could not present a hard copy at the moment but she had the soft copy. I arranged her stay somewhere else. I needed wifi for my work and I tried calling oyo regarding the unavailability but they did not answer. I was told by the hotel to cancel and now I'm not getting my refund. Please help me out with it. Was this information helpful? | |||
