We booked hotel in kolkata through oyo for today. Hotel has denied checkin as they have some dispute with oyo. We travelled from suri along with my wife driving from past 6 hours. We are standing in kolkata oyo 26143 hotel abedin from last 2 hours speaking to your customer care team few team member) but they are just holding the line and disconnecting the line again and again. Mis guide your team customer support and hotel oyo 26143 hotel abedin manager behavior not good..

I was denied rooom in Hotel Digha Inn as their Tariff Changed.I called OYO customer care 5 times but they kept my call on hold.I am extremely unhappy with OYO and writting a mail to your MD.
