[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel not letting me check in, even after paying complete amount in advance | |||||
I booked a hotel - hotel genx aravali in alwar rajasthan for 1 night and made complete payment to the website - make my trip Booking id - nh[protected] Even after paying, i was not allowed to check in because oyo did not generate my booking in hotel. It's been more than 2 hours and i am still waiting at the hotel reception to get the confirmation of my booking, but no action is been taken from oyo or make my trip side.
