I'm complaining against my booking id hobz9625, i booked a hotel room from oyo but my stay was worst, i didn't get the room as shown to me in pics in oyo app, even room was not clean, floor was not clean, even there are too many flies around there in room, ac not working, in morning there is not water in bathroom, i also tried to complaint to oyo captain but he didn't help me not even pickup my call at night and when i claimed for refund they also denied.
