[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hygienic issue | |||||
Booking ID- UJKP8612 oyo 9721 Hotel SR rooms, pune I booked a hotel on 3rd of July to 5th of July in above mentioned hotel. I faced multiple issues in the hotel, tried to contact the concerned person from the oyo and these guys were not giving a damn about the issue. Issue below: 1. No hot water. 2. towels are too dirty and stinky. 3. no food/tea order on time. 4. no parking facility. 5. worst part was they severed tap water to us and that took me and my dad to hospital. spoiled my entire trip. I am still not feeling well. I want to take serious action against the company as they are just ignoring my complain and I want my full money back in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
