[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I am complaining about invoice

I have booked a room in april 2019. I just want invoice because i lost my phone and data i have no booking id. But you can check my name and personal information and cross verify with that hotel. I talk with oyo assistant by oyo application and i tried a lot to tell him that i have not booking id but i can give you proof and you can cross check with hotel but he denied so many times.
