[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I am complaining about my cancellation of hotel booking without information.

I booked 2 rooms in la hagana beach resort and club, goa. I got confirmation call also 2 days before, but when i reached the hotel the receptionist guy told me that they are not taking any oyo entries anymore. I didnt got any help from oyo and also not from the resort. I have to again book the hotel by my own. And when i call the assistants they were not even answering me. The hotel guy asked me to cancel the booking. And wen i cancelled i got to know that 10000 rupees will be deducted.
