I made booking using Oyo booking I'd :- PD4E7985, and i cancelled it on same day because they are charging me more money so as per refund policy i am eligible for full refund but they initiated refund of 367 rupees and that amount also i didn't getting in my bank account i tried to contact customer care service but no response from their refund management, it's a very terrible experience i got from Oyo
