Oyo Rooms — I'm complaining about my refund still not received even after 20 days from oyorooms.

HI, Myself jagan Kumar sahoo and my booking I'd with Oyo is FNBD5755 .I booked a hotel on 24/07/2022 which is of 710 rupees through Oyo. But when I reached to hotel . hotel staff said for this room you have to pay extra 300 rupees, so i called Oyo customer care and the customer care executive said paid the extra 300 rupees and we will refund you the same extra amount you paid.so i paid .then now after 17 days i still not received my refund and when I try to talk to Oyo customer care they are disconnecting my call .
