My name is Vijendra Jangid. I booked a classic bedroom in Oyo 79906 with booking id C17B1527 on 14th August, 2022.
Oyo consultant agreed to book the room at price of Rs.1295. I was asked to pay Rs.162 to confirm the booking at the same price. Remaining amount to be paid was supposed to be paid at the hotel when we reached there. But when we reached the hotel, me and my family were not treated with care and we were not provided safe and proper parking. Even the area was suspicious and not trusty and it was the middle of the night. He demanded us around Rs.1425. That was not what I agreed for, so when I called up Oyo again, I only received some lame reasoning and I chose not to spend the night at the hotel. I literally had to drive through highways the entire night just because of inconvenience it caused by your company's inefficient service and hotel's incompetence.
Despite multiple calls at Oyo centre, there was no result in the end. Even the service centres were not responsive enough and I repeatedly asked to talk to a competent executive to reach a meaningful conclusion but the call never came. I am immensely dissatisfied by Oyo Rooms and wish to be refunded the booking amount I paid.
