I booked a Room via oyo in a hotel in Jaipur with booking ID NSJQ3048. At the time of checkout, I asked the Hotel to provide GST Invoice he said As you booked online, Oyo will provide you GST invoice. I asked the Full Bill or tax invoice from oyo Assist. Oyo Assist asked me about my GST details I said I do not have any GSTIN number. Then OYo assist said that Invoice will be provided shortly. I got the Pdf file on a mail named Payment receipt (chat screen shot attached). After coming back to my Institute I submitted that receipt for reimbursement. After 2 months, in an internal audit they found I did not attached Invoice so they asked me to provide tax invoice.
Now I am asking the oyo to provide the same. Their customer care executive showed very rude behavior and kept sending me payment receipt again and again. Then One of their executive transferred the call to his senior named Neha450473., she kept me on hole for 15 minutes and then cut the call. Then I started getting calls from OYO asking about issue I kept answering them all of them used to put my call on hold and then simply cut the call. One of them clearly said then tax invoice can not be provided to you. I said you included 12% GST tax of the amount in bill it is my right to get the invoice. He said no it can not be provided. You should have asked from hotel, now call hotel if they can provide.
Today also I got a call from KOLKATA she was also the guest experience manager. She kept saying I provide normal invoice not the tax invoice. For tax invoice you must have GSTIN number.
OYO is a big fraud, they are doing a tax scam. I need my tax invoice at any cost.
