[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — lack of support and transparency | |
Hi team I have booked yesterday the oyo room for my stay and made the payments. Today i have received a text message stating booking cancellation and refund of amount and also issues facing by oyo in relation to refund. We am using oyo for my business travels since last two months for coimbatore, ahemdabad and bangalore. I am experiencing poor services since last week in terms of customer support. My booking is getting cancelled without my knowledge and my call to customer supports are not satisfactory. Can any professional person look into this and provide update. As mentioned, the issues started since last week only but try to find out the resolution if possible before we consider other service providers. Thank you. Umesh. Asc operations pvt ltd. [protected]. Oyo 37728 raghav residency cancelled my booking on 8-08-19 after I reached there due to a issue called low price issue.They were asking for another rs 400 in order to do the booking.They haven't refunded till now. Say something for my inconveniences
