[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — misbehaved by hotel manager | |||
We booked one room online for 3 person. And paid extra charges for 3rd person. I have been said by the manager in the afternoon that since we have paid extra amount we will get an extra mattress for 3rd person. But the manager in night shift denied to provide and started misbehaving. He said he will not provide any mattress even if we paid extra amount and asked us to talk to oyo customer care for any queries. He din't entertained us. And when we said, shall we sleep on floor, he said yes go ahead. He abused my parents saying "nonsense" when they said the manager in the afternoon promised us to provide one extra mattress. He din't even provide an extra pillow. We adjusted somehow for a night. Although it was my first experience with oyo.. And was worst.
