[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — misleading the guests by mentioning wrong address of the property

Address:ATM Global Business College, Ashok Vihar, Delhi

Dear concerned, i have placed a booking for my executive at your hotel oyo 47887 mansarovar inn,
01, main bus stand, pali, india

The payment has been made and now it is found that the address specified on the website is wrong. Please refund my amount immediately.

The check in date is of oct 31, 2019 & check out date is 01 nov, 2019.

On reaching the address mentioned on your website, our executive found that there is no such hotel by this name. We contacted your customer care department & understood that the said hotel is appx 45 kms from the main bus stand & is not under oyo anymore.

Hence, we feel that we have been cheated.

We therefore advise you to either refund our full amount or we shall be forced to take the complaint forward to consumer court
