Oyo Rooms — Money deducted but hotel denied the booking

I booked two rooms at Hotel Banzara Dham, Mehandipur Rajasthan from Agoda on 13th May. I made the payment of half of the amount. When I was about to reach the hotel around midnight, I called the owner to let him know but to my surprise I was denied the booking saying that he doesn't accept bookings from Agoda or Oyo. I even contacted the oyo customer support but they turned out to be incompetent.
Now I want my refund.
