[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — money issue

Hi, i have booked a oyo property hite sai baga in goa from Aug4th to 7th for 11members 4 rooms and paid advance of rs. 4200 change
But due to heavy rains some people got cancelled...
So i called oyo customer care and askd there is
a change we want to cancel that property and book for 5members will i get refund or not..

They said if i book other propertey for same dates for 5members i will get refund directly if not they should get approval from higher authorities... So we booked oyo for 5members for which there is no amount paid and have option to cancel till checkin.

After 1 or 2 days in news they said in goa there are floods and few people died so our whole plan got cancelled and i called oyo CC and askd them we want to cancel the book we are not booking new oyo property also please raise a reuqest and tell the SR no.

CC executive said that no need to raise request i[censored] cancel now you will get refund for sure to ur account within 7-14 days... For confirmation i called many time to oyo CUstomer care all agents said and assured that i will get refund n told me to wait... I waited more than 14 days... Today i.e., 19th August when i called for refund and becme serious they are saying there is no request raised and they said sorry and raised request today i.e., 19th August.

I have each and every recording where executive has clearely said theat il get refund no need of higher authority permission and already ticket has been raised... I have 3-4 executive recording... I[censored] want i can attach those recording and send you... As they said il get refund i have accepted for cancellation from customer care side not from my end... These are the proofs i have... I want my refund...
