I've books 2 rooms for 23 and 24 July in aravali suites gurugram but when we went there they denied checkin and told us that they are not accepting any booking through Oyo then I've called Oyo for like 15 - 16 times but everytime the do is cut the call and I'm really annoyed and when I did the booking someone khushboo assisted me so she did 2 seprate bookings but now it's been 5 days and I've only received the refund of one booking and i don't know what is wrong with Oyo literally the worst experience I will definitely not recommend booking from Oyo and i need my refund ASAP otherwise I will have to take some serious leagal action against it.
