[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — need refund as no checking in (oyo 542 hotel kalkaji residency)

I recently went to delhi (Oct 3, 2018) and i have booked a hotel named "hotel kalkaji residency". I received two text messages regarding their reception number ([protected]) and the number of some ankur gola ([protected]) for assisting me. I also received the hotel location via this text message. I reached delhi at 10pm and i searched for this place for more than one and a half hour and i couldn't find this place. Moreover none of the numbers were working. At the end i had to booked another hotel with double the price.
I need my refund back because i haven't checked in to the hotel because of improper services.

Got call from one of the oyo employees, he looked into the matter and I got my refund back withing 3 hours.

I am not getting my refund as ihad done booking on Goa FOR 16 - 19 OCT and i had cancelled on 19 SEP but till is around one month above i had not got my refund
