Hi this is Sridhar I booked a hotel room on 23rd July 2022
1.Spot on 39787 radhakrishna deluxe lodge booking I'd-XKG10600 paid Rs. 1018 and Rs. 99 through phone pay and the booking got confirmed and went to the spot and enquired to the Oyo staff who was in reception and he told me that OYO partnership is cancelled from past one year so he didn't allowed me to check in and I called to the customer support immediately and informed the same issue and cancelled and the customer support guy booked a new room and said the paid will be refunded
2. OYO 69693 The royal park booking I'd-XQLZ2824 Paid Rs. 824 through phonepe and went to the spot and called the reception he told that the rooms or sold out so he refused me to check in so I cancelled it and called to customer support and said the same issue again customer support executive told me he will book another room near by the location and booked and told the amount will be refunded and
After checking my Oyo application it's showing as checked inn and I called to the hotel and enquired but he said it is auto check inn and he told the amount will be refunded I have the same recording with me which I spoke to him over the call so I need total amount refund kindly look into it
3. Flagship 11640 hotel Aaira Inn booking I'd-F2K14998 Paid Rs. 232 through phonepe and called to the hotel reception he told me that hotel is closed for 2 days due to water facility issue and refused to check inn so I cancelled it so I need total refund kindly look into it
So kindly look into the issue and do the needful ASAP and this was my first pathetic service and very much disappointed and went to stress by OYO
Total amount paid Rs. 2173 for 3 hotels kindly do the needful
