[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — No Refund and no resolution

Haven't got a single refund out of 4 refunds initiation for more than 21 days now. They not even responding now and just sent me a mail saying to wait for 7-14 days. Are you guys for real? How hard is it for you to refund my money?
No one from Oyo is responding and helping.

Come on Oyo, how pathetic your service can be?
How are you not even ashamed of keeping someone else's money and making them literally beg for refunds?
