[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not able to delete account | |
I am using kyo mobile app and i am not able to delete my registered account. Neither i am able to delete history. There is no option howsoever provided in the app. From the website also i found no option to do the exact thing. This is not acceptable as a person should have the right to delete account if he has created it. Either i want my account disbanded or deleted at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Dec 15, 2018 OYO Rooms Customer Care's response We want you to reminiscence all the stays and hence you won’t be able to delete your account or the booking history as it is also required for the booking record.
