[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not getting refund after 20 days. Pathetic service | |||||
My Booking id: KIBT1759, I had canceled my booking on 10.4.17 After that I called 3 times to oyo customer service, they told that refund will be initiated Today morning firstly were telling that they have already refunded the money (Rs 2998) via paytm, but when I told them that I payed money by sbi debit card, now they are changing their words and saying that they have refunded to the linked bank account only. Till now the app is showing that refund will be initiated. I don't know what is happening here. Will I get my money back? Should I go in consumer court?
