Oyo Rooms — Not given booked room and not given invoice receipt | |||
I had booked a OYO room in Bangalore through OYO app booking I’d YDLR5940 when I checked in they have not provided room which I have booked and hotel people have not given invoice for the booking, after that when I complained to OYO customer care and raised a complaint regarding this ticket id Ticket ID: [protected] OYO customer care people telling that I haven’t gone there and not checked in after providing all supporting documents also these oyo people telling same thing.
