[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — not giving rooms. and booking is confirmed

I have booked my rooms for[protected]
And[protected], but hotel authority is saying they will not provide any room as they r having there marriage function
I have call and complained many times but no proper and legal answer has given to me for this aspects
Tell me how to resolve this issue
Or otherwise tell me the legal action yo be taken for oyo for this regard
