This is regarding the booking - Q3DK0602 & BLP02966 with OYO. They sent me a confirmation mail mentioning that they would refund all my extra cash paid to the hotel as per the bill provided by the hotel. They also asked for the account details and mentioned that the refund will be completed within 7-14 working days. It's been more than 14 days now and the refund is in process yet.
This is really a shame coming from such a big brand. They are making fool of customers by sending a confirmation mail of refund process which leads in customers paying higher amount to the hotels.
